Connie Day

Connie discovered yoga in college as an antidote to stress and busyness. Later, becoming 500HR certified in 2007 with YogaWorks NYC, she found that the deeper practice and teaching transformed her. Forever a student, she believes the practice increases awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance inside and out. Grateful for the teachers that have guided her, she is humbled to share yoga with others on their path.

Jack Higgins

As the resident Rocker at Ceremony Yoga Center, Jack brings a unique blend of energy and expertise to the studio. With nearly two years of teaching experience and a 200hr RYT in Ashtanga Yoga, he is not only well-versed in the physical aspects of yoga but also in its deeper, integrative philosophies. In addition to his yoga credentials, he is a certified Integrative Health Coach, further enhancing his ability to connect with and guide members towards holistic wellness.

Christy D'Amore

Christy's passion for fitness and wellness began in her youth, caring for show horses and learning the value of trust and care. Her fitness journey continued through various sports, including volleyball, basketball, softball, and cheerleading, honing her discipline and focus.
A certified Spin/indoor cycling and Les Mills RPM instructor since 2007, Christy expanded her expertise to Les Mills Body Pump and NASM Group Fitness by 2023. This diverse certification enables her to lead a wide range of group fitness classes with skill and enthusiasm.

Kirana Peters

Kirana, a talented dancer and aerialist, honed her skills at Minnesota Dance Theater and the University of Minnesota, where she earned degrees in Dance and Psychology. She furthered her training in New York City at Alvin Ailey's Independent Study Program and transitioned into a professional dance career. Deeply passionate about holistic healing, Kirana is a 500 RYT yoga instructor and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through Prema Yoga Institute.

Jenny Keane

Jenny's yoga journey began in her early twenties, where she instantly fell in love with the practice. For years, she found solace and strength in heated yoga studios, honing her skills and deepening her personal practice. After two decades of dedication, she felt the calling to teach and pursued her 200-hour YTT at Lotus Pond. There, she not only deepened her relationship with yoga but also gained a profound understanding of its principles. Her heart beats for hot power flows, and yoga has become a daily passion and essential part of her life. She can't wait to share her journey and experiences with you, bringing her enthusiasm and knowledge to every class.

Lidija Isajeva

Lidija began practicing yoga around 10 years ago, learning the traditional mind-body approach to Hatha Yoga from her first teacher. Over the years, she explored various yoga styles and attended retreats worldwide, deepening her connection to yoga.
In 2020, Lidija completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and furthered her studies with a 200-hour YTT course in Thailand, enhancing the creativity and depth of her classes. She is grateful for the opportunity to help others practice yoga and is excited to share her passion with her students!
